How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Zet → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

I can't sign in.

Try signing out and back in. If that doesn't work, email support@getzet.app with your account email and we'll help you recover access.
